David George Desroches

August 10, 1947 - March 8, 2010

David George Desroches, 62, of Camp St., South Meriden, died Monday, March 8, 2010, at his home. He was the beloved husband of Cheryl Austin Desroches.

He was born in Lowell, MA, August 10, 1947, a son of the late Andrew and Norma Langan Desroches and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a member of the American Legion.

In addition to his wife Cheryl he is survived by his daughter, Alana Desroches of Rocky Hill; his son, David Desroches of New Hampshire; and his four grandchildren.

His family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, March 11, 2010, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 538 Preston, Ave., Meriden, CT 06450.
