Life Legacy




Helen M. Boyle, 90, of Wallingford, beloved wife of the late George P. Boyle departed this life on Sunday, March 14, 2010 surrounded by her family.

Helen was born on May 8, 1919 in New York City. She moved to Wallingford in 1941, and has called this her home for the last 70 years. She had been employed at the Revere Corp. in Wallingford until her retirement, and was a parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Church. She spent many wonderful years at the Wallingford Senior Center, where she loved to talk to people. Helen’s passion was her family, and she spent her retirement with her children; grandchildren; and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Beaudoin of Wallingford, and Diane Bradanini and her husband Allan of Middletown; her three grandchildren, Debbie Beaudoin of Wallingford, Sherry Banack and her husband Eric of East Hampton, and Craig Bradanini and his wife Rachel of Durham; and her great grandchildren Anthony, Matthew and Allison Bradanini and Meghan and Katherine Banack.

Her family will receive relatives and friends, Thursday, March 18, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9 a.m. from The Wallingford Funeral Home when the funeral cortege will proceed to Most Holy Trinity Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Entombment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery Mausoleum in Meriden. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be sent to a charity of one’s choice.
